Generate SPLA Report
To generate a SPLA report just enter your desired level and select any day of the month you want to report. When you click OK then a Excel File is generated and downloaded by your browser.
Columns in the cumulated report
| Column | Description |

| Period | The period you specified |
| Enrollment Number | Your (customer) enrollment number |
| Customer Id | Id of the customer |
| Customer Name | Name of the customer |
| SKU | The SPLA SKU/Article Number |
| SKU Title | The title of the SPLA SKU |
| Currency | The currency |
| Amount | The amount to report for the SKU |
| Purchase Price | The purchase price valid in the period |
Columns in the detailed report
| Column | Description |

| Virtualization | the virtualization layer (if a asset) |
| Assetname/Username | the name of the user or asset |
| Inherited | shows if this is an inherited license or not, if true, the license must not be reported |
| active | shows, if the user/asset is in an active state, false means not to be reported |
| report | if true, must be reported, false not be reported |
| all other columns | see cumulated report |
